A Snapshot of David

David started Core Body Personal Training in 2007 with his first class ‘Boxing for Fitness’. He is a certified Master Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness, an accredited Thump Boxing Advanced Trainer and has completed his senior first aid certification. Prior to becoming a fitness professional, David had spent three years in the mining industry before enlisting into the Royal Australian Air Force in 2002. It is though his military training that he has become passionate about fitness. He is now a highly motivated trainer who is dedicated to helping his clients reach their maximum potential.

Other Stuff

Core Body is proud to support the Tabitha Foundation house building project. In July 2008 my wife and I will travel to Cambodia to help support rural families by building houses for them. We raise money, 100% of which goes directly to the building materials. If you would like to donate money or come with us then please contact us for more information

I will be trekking the Cape to Cape track during the last week of September 2008. This is a 135 km walking track running along the South West Coast between Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin. If you are interested in joining me please contact me as you will need to ensure you prepare youself properly.
