THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU!
The Boxing for Fitness class is Core Body’s signature specialty. Master Trainer, David Paul is an accredited, advanced Thump Training Systems Instructor.
He combines boxing combinations (using focus pads and gloves) with cardiovascular exercises to improve your fitness, stamina, strength and agility.
Each one hour class includes:
Basic boxing technique
Boxing combinations
Cardiovascular and strength exercises
Stretching and flexibility
These classes are designed for all ages and all fitness levels, and each class varies to cater to each and every client, regardless of their ability.
